The MISSION SAN FRANCISCO COURTYARD HOME is located just down the hill from the Mission San Francisco Casa Grande. It is one of the finest examples of Mexican colonial COURTYARD architecture that Vallarta has to offer. All of the rooms surround a very traditional and charming central courtyard. This courtyard has a brick floor with inlaid hand painted Mexican tiles, luscious palms, hand carved stone statues and a traditional Mexican stone fountain.
The double door entrance to the Mission San Francisco Courtyard Home is private and secure. Tiled tables in the Courtyard area allow for open air dining, if desired. The living room, dining room and kitchen doors all open completely onto the courtyard. The interior living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom (double bed) all have views of the bay and the village.
Our guests at the Mission San Francisco Courtyard Home may chose to rent just the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath at a very reasonable $369 per week (May thru Oct) and $449 per week (Nov thru April). Additional double and triple bedrooms, each with their own private baths, are available at only $95 each per week. Three bedrooms, 2 baths would therefore be an additional $95. Four bedrooms, 3 baths would therefore be an additional $190. Five bedrooms, four baths would therefore be an additional $285. The entire courtyard home sleeps up to 11 persons. Bedrooms are NOT rented out on an individual basis. That is to say that the courtyard home is NEVER shared with other renters. If you are not renting all of the bedrooms, they are simply kept locked. For extended stays, the fourth week is FREE.
